“I’m currently at the Oradell location and I wanted to comment on how great the staff is, in particular the team that’s here tonight. Having the right people for a session makes a huge difference in my comfort level and ability to relax. This group is professional but approachable. Kind but not overbearing. On top of things. They project confidence and care. Good people helping vulnerable people find their way.”

Raymond M.

“Literally without any doubt. The clinic saved my life. This is real.”

FAQs

Is it possible to receive treatment at more than one Keta Medical Center location?

Certainly. A number of our patients divide their visits between two Keta Medical Center offices, often choosing whichever is more convenient for a given day’s schedule or commute. Our team keeps everything coordinated behind the scenes so your treatment plan stays on track no matter where you’re seen.

How accessible is the 96th Street clinic by public transportation?

The 1, 2, and 3 trains stop just about 2 minutes from our door, and the A, B, and C lines are roughly a 5-minute walk. Multiple bus routes also serve the area, making the office easy to reach car-free.

Can I book appointments outside of standard business hours at this location?

Yes. We’re open 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so there’s flexibility for patients balancing work or family commitments. Get in touch, and our staff will help find a time that suits you.

What time should I show up for my first visit?

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. If you’re going to be late, a quick call to our office lets us know, and we’ll do our best to work with your timing.

What should I do before coming in for a ketamine therapy session?

Rest well and drink plenty of water the day before your appointment. We ask patients to avoid alcohol, marijuana, and emotionally intense content (films, news, and the like) for 24 hours beforehand, and to avoid eating in the hour right before your session. Comfortable, loose clothing helps you settle in, and if quiet reflection, journaling, or meditation beforehand helps you feel centered, that’s a great way to prepare.

Who oversees my care at the 96th Street office?

Every session at this location is directly overseen by a member of our medical staff, ensuring each visit meets Keta Medical Center’s clinical standards. Administrative support is also on hand to help with scheduling and insurance coordination.

There are two Upper West Side Keta locations - which one should I choose?

Keta Medical Center operates two nearby Upper West Side offices, at 96th Street and 86th Street, so you’re welcome to pick whichever fits your commute or daily routine best. Our team can help coordinate care across both, and many patients move between the two as their schedule shifts.
