Maddy Smith is a patient experience liaison at Keta Medical Center. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College and experience with patients in healthcare settings, Maddy brings a unique mix of warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the ketamine treatment. Having previously worked directly in the mental health field, Maddy understands the importance of uplifting patient voices, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported. Her goal is to create a space filled with peace and healing, where centering patient experiences is at the forefront of her interactions. She is excited to bring her love for psychology, mental health, and genuine care for patients, to Keta Medical Center.
