Paul Rosales

Biography

Paul Rosales is the Manager of patient experience & engagement at Keta Medical Center. He has over a decade of healthcare experience, including work with global mental-health organizations like the Child Mind Institute. He oversees the patient journey across all clinics and specializes in bridging clinical operations, mental-health programs, psychopharmacology, and patient education to design care experiences that are both equitable and impactful for diverse patient populations. Paul holds a degree from Montclair State University and focuses on public health, social work, and research related to mental-health access, and patient experience. He is driven by a commitment to health equity and building systems that work better for patients.
