Orli Tesler leads the Insurance and Billing team at Keta Medical Center, ensuring the department operates efficiently through structured systems, clear communication, and strong collaboration. Before joining Keta, she spent over a decade in research and development, where she led production teams, built operational frameworks, and translated complex ideas into scalable, efficient systems.
That foundation in design and production process optimization shapes her approach to healthcare operations, where she prioritizes organized systems, seamless data coordination, and communication alignment between the billing team, management, and clinical staff. Her leadership focuses on bringing clarity, structure, and empathy to support both the team and patient care.
Outside of work, Orli enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending weekends camping with her family, always starting the day with a strong cup of coffee.
