Before joining Keta Medical Center, he spent six years with The Nautical Group, supporting major health systems and corporate clients nationwide. His background also includes recruitment and HR roles with Memorial Sloan Kettering, Northwell Health, and Carson Tahoe Health. At Keta Medical Center, Luke oversees hiring, employee relations, onboarding, and benefits across all locations. He is passionate about building teams that reflect compassion, collaboration, and innovation in mental health care.
