Biography

Orli Tesler Operations Manager, Insurance & Billing | Keta Medical Center Orli Tesler manages the Insurance and Billing Department at Keta Medical Center, overseeing the systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations that support patients throughout the insurance and reimbursement process. She focuses on optimizing internal workflows, strengthening cross functional communication, and coordinating across clinical, administrative, and leadership teams. She places particular emphasis on translating complex insurance processes into clear, actionable information that is easier for both patients and staff to navigate. Before joining Keta Medical Center, Orli brought more than 15 years of experience leading product design, business development, and client partnerships across international markets. She managed multidisciplinary teams and guided complex design and manufacturing processes from early concept through final execution, working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate intricate briefs into precise, design-led solutions. That work required the same skills she applies today: systems thinking, clear communication, and the ability to hold complexity without losing sight of the people at the center of it. Orli has also lectured extensively across leading design school curricula, teaching students how to break down a design brief, challenge assumptions, think from the user’s perspective, and build a clear process from concept through to final execution.
