FAQ’s

Can I switch between locations during treatment?

Yes. Many patients choose a “home” clinic but visit other locations when scheduling or commuting makes it more convenient. Our team coordinates your care to ensure your treatment plan remains consistent and seamless.

Is your Brooklyn Heights ketamine clinic transit-friendly?

Yes, our Brooklyn Heights clinic at 26 Court Street is easily accessible by public transit and multiple bus lines, making it easy to reach without a car. It’s steps from the Borough Hall/Court Street station, served by the 2/3/4/5 and R trains, and within a short walk of Jay Street-MetroTech, served by the A/C/F and R trains.

Do you have evening or weekend appointments at your Brooklyn Heights clinic?

Yes. We offer evening and weekend appointments to make treatment accessible, no matter your schedule. Availability may vary, so reach out and we’ll help you find a time that works for you.

How early should I arrive at my appointments?

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend getting plenty of rest the night before and staying well hydrated. Try to eat clean, nourishing foods in the day leading up to your appointment, and avoid alcohol, marijuana, and violent or intense media for 24 hours prior to treatment. Please do not eat for one hour before your session. On the day of your appointment, wear comfortable clothing so you can relax fully. Coming in with a positive, open mindset can also be helpful—many patients find that meditation, light journaling, or quiet reflection beforehand helps them feel centered and focused.
