Our Founders - Guiding Keta’s Vision

Haviva Malina, MD

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Haviva Malina is a licensed Emergency Medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience caring for patients in high-acuity settings. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College and earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing her Emergency Medicine residency at the Jacobi/Montefiore program. Dr. Malina became a proponent of ketamine therapy after seeing its rapid and meaningful impact on patients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders—particularly during the mental-health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. At Keta Medical Center, she leads with a focus on patient safety, compassionate care, and improving access to evidence-based treatments including Spravato®.

Cheryl Malina, MD

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Cheryl Malina, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, is the co-founder of Keta Medical Center. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Malina has practiced extensively in hospitals across the Bronx and Westchester. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College at Columbia University and earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing her residency at the Jacobi/Montefiore EM Program. Dr. Malina later moved to attending physician roles at several hospitals, most recently as an attending physician at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York. Dr. Malina’s interest in ketamine therapy was sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic, as she observed a surge in acute psychiatric cases. Impressed by the rapid, positive changes ketamine brought in patients she became a strong advocate for its use in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Yonit Malina, LCSW

Clinical Director of Psychotherapy

Yonit Malina has over 25 years of experience providing therapy across clinical, school-based, university, and private practice settings. Yonit currently serves as the Clinical Director of Psychotherapy at Keta Medical Center, where she oversees the therapy team and provides Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to patients. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges and heal from trauma. Yonit draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs. Yonit’s clinical interests include mood disorders, learning disabilities, A.D.H.D, Autism Spectrum and other developmental disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, and family dynamics.

Ariel Heller, DO

Clinical Director of Psychiatry

Dr. Ariel Heller is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over seven years of experience providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. She has worked in a variety of hospital settings, giving her broad clinical insight across the spectrum of psychiatric care. Dr. Heller brings a collaborative and patient-centered approach to her work. She specializes in treating adults from young adulthood through the geriatric years, with a strong emphasis on building therapeutic relationships and working alongside her patients to help them achieve their mental health goals.

Ron Alcantara, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Ron Alcantara is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, including Morristown Medical Center, University Hospital in Newark, and SOHOMD. He takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Ron earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. His clinical style integrates psychopharmacology with supportive psychotherapy, creating a safe, collaborative environment that supports healing and personal growth.

Stacey Blume Frankel, LMSW

Psychotherapist

Stacey has a Master Degree in Social Work from UCLA and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, general life transitions, spiritual emergencies and exploring the subconscious mind through dream analysis.

Faith Consiglio, MD

Psychiatrist

Dr. Faith Consiglio is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in outpatient mental health care and a strong foundation in psychotherapy and mindfulness-based approaches. She completed her residency at Westchester Medical Center and previously practiced at NYC Psychiatric Associates. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based treatments with holistic modalities, including mindfulness-based stress reduction and psychodynamic therapy. Dr. Consiglio is also a published author, an active member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry, and has conducted research on the long-term mental health impacts of COVID-19.

Hillary Eastman, MCSW

Social Worker

Hillary is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a wealth of expertise in mental health care, having worked in outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings across New York and Texas. She specializes in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Luis A. Febus, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Luis A. Febus, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in the evaluation and treatment of treatment-resistant depression in adults. He provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medication management, with an emphasis on evidence-based strategies for individuals who have not responded to standard antidepressant treatments. Care is collaborative, clinically rigorous, and focused on improving function and quality of life.

Estefania Molina Bracamonte

Psychotherapist

Estefania Molina Bracamonte holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Long Island University. She has experience providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as utilizing other modalities such as CBT and EMDR. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She is deeply committed to combating mental health stigma, supporting BIPOC communities, and utilizing the PROP lens to assist individuals in overcoming trauma and achieving healing. She is a strong advocate for social and environmental justice and takes pleasure in working with diverse populations in different settings to understand and advocate for their unique needs. She is enthusiastic about learning and implementing different approaches to meet the individual needs of her clients. As a Latina from Venezuela, Spanish is her first language, and she is proficient in English, allowing her to effectively work with clients who speak either language.

Charlea Munoz, LMSW

Charlea Muñoz, LMSW, is a thoughtful and experienced psychotherapist with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. She earned her MSW in clinical social work from Fordham University and has provided psychotherapy and crisis intervention support to clients across nonprofit, private practice, and integrated care settings.

Apiradee Sanglimsuwaan, M.D.

Associate Medical Director

Dr. Apiradee Sanglimsuwan, MD is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a passion for innovation and excellence. Since 2019, Dr. Sanglimsuwan has been an integral part of Montefiore Medical Center and an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. With a background in chemical engineering from MIT, she combines her technical expertise with a patient-centered approach to enhance care and lead impactful quality improvement projects. Dr. Sanglimsuwan is also deeply dedicated to mentorship, actively supporting resident education and fostering growth in future medical professionals.

Antonio Marra, D.O.

Dr. Marra is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over two decades of experience in acute care. After earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, Dr. Marra completed an emergency medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia in 2004. Since becoming board certified in 2005, Dr. Marra has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, evidence-based emergency care while pursuing a special interest in substance abuse and addiction treatment. His work bridges the gap between emergency medicine and long-term recovery, helping patients access critical resources and support during times of crisis. Dr. Marra joined the team at Keta in July 2024.

With nearly two decades of experience in nursing, Michael brings a depth of clinical knowledge and true compassion to every patient interaction. His background spans high-acuity settings including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ER), and the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, where he has cared for patients and their families during some of their most critical moments. This diverse experience has strengthened his clinical judgment, technical expertise, and ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Michael is deeply committed to delivering safe, empathetic, and patient-centered care. Known for his attention to detail and advocacy for best practices, Michael prioritizes both patient safety and dignity while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. He oversees the patient journey across all clinics and specializes in bridging clinical operations, mental-health programs, psychopharmacology, and patient education to design care experiences that are both equitable and impactful for diverse patient populations. Paul holds a degree from Montclair State University and has a growing focus on public health, social work, and research related to mental-health access, treatment equity, and patient experience. She later directed Marketing and Business Development at Guaranteed Rate. Drawn to Keta’s innovative treatments and compassionate care model, Liz is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two children, and enjoys event planning, traveling, cooking, and volunteering in her community.

Moshe Malina

Chief Executive Officer

Moshe Malina is the CEO of Keta Medical Center. Prior to joining Keta, he spent more than 20 years at Citi in senior leadership roles across the technology and legal organizations. Most recently, he led a global team responsible for major technology transformations and remediation initiatives. Earlier in his tenure, Mr. Malina served in Citi’s legal department, where he managed teams overseeing patents, M&A, venture investments, and complex tech transactions, and served as general counsel of Citi Ventures, the firm’s corporate venture arm. Mr. Malina began his career as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.

As COO, Rachel leads operations and growth strategy for Keta. She is passionate about ensuring that more people have access to high-quality, compassionate and effective mental health care. Rachel previously founded and ran Aurora Marketing, and spent 7 years at Wix.com. She has served as VP of Marketing at StuffThatWorks, a startup using AI-powered crowdsourcing to help patients identify effective treatments for their conditions, and consulted for KHealth, where she helped build their digital library of healthcare resources. Rachel brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and marketing.

Yoni Bak

Director of Business Operations and Technology

Yoni Bak has over 25 years of Construction Management experience. He has a background in Civil Engineering. He will be overseeing the expansion of the practice into new markets in Long Island, Westfield, NJ and NYC. Yoni is committed to making sure all new offices provide the same warm and pleasant environment our patients have come to expect from Keta Medical. Yoni will also be coordinating the implementation of management technology to streamline business operations. Yoni lives in NJ with his wife, 4 children and Bichon-Poodle.

Luke Wiemers

Director of Human Resources

Luke brings years of experience in recruitment, talent strategy, and human resources leadership within healthcare and professional services. Before joining Keta Medical Center, he spent six years with The Nautical Group, supporting major health systems and corporate clients nationwide. His background also includes recruitment and HR roles with Memorial Sloan Kettering, Northwell Health, and Carson Tahoe Health. At Keta, Luke oversees hiring, employee relations, onboarding, and benefits across all locations. He is passionate about building teams that reflect compassion, collaboration, and innovation in mental health care.

Director of Growth & Partnerships

A Cannes Lions award-winning marketer, Anat brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, and brand development to Keta Medical Center. Her career spans the entertainment, technology, and healthcare industries, including partnerships with global brands such as PepsiCo and Unilever. With family members in psychiatry, Anat has seen firsthand the impact of compassionate, science-based mental health care—fueling her passion for Keta’s mission. At Keta, she leads initiatives that drive direct-to-consumer growth and strengthen partnerships with clinicians, organizations, and communities. Based in Austin, Texas, she enjoys hiking, playing catch ball, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Orli Tesler

Team Lead, Billing & Insurance

Orli Tesler leads the Insurance and Billing team at Keta Medical Center, ensuring the department operates efficiently through structured systems, clear communication, and strong collaboration. Before joining Keta, she spent over a decade in research and development, where she led production teams, built operational frameworks, and translated complex ideas into scalable, efficient systems. That foundation in design and production process optimization shapes her approach to healthcare operations, where she prioritizes organized systems, seamless data coordination, and communication alignment between the billing team, management, and clinical staff. Her leadership focuses on bringing clarity, structure, and empathy to support both the team and patient care. Outside of work, Orli enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending weekends camping with her family, always starting the day with a strong cup of coffee.

Peggy is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with more than 30 years of experience across corporate recruiting, HR management, and office administration. Before joining our team, she spent 14 years as an Enterprise Recruiter at Experis (a ManpowerGroup division), where she earned the company’s “Circle of Stars” recognition for top performance. Her background also includes HR and recruiting roles with Marriott Corporation, First Federal Savings and Loan, and a boutique law firm. Peggy holds a B.A. in English and is known for her professionalism, versatility, and commitment to exceptional hiring practices.
