FAQ’s

Can I switch between locations during treatment?

Yes. Many patients choose a “home” clinic but visit other locations when scheduling or commuting makes it more convenient. Our team coordinates your care to ensure your treatment plan remains consistent and seamless.

Do you treat patients who live in New Jersey but want to be seen in the Upper West Side?

Yes. Patients are welcome to receive treatment at whichever location works best for them. We have two Upper West Side locations, at 86th Street and 96th Street, so if either is a convenient fit based on your commute or schedule, we're happy to coordinate your care there.

Are your Upper West Side ketamine clinics transit-friendly?

Yes, both Upper West Side locations are easily accessible by public transit. Our 86th Street clinic is close to the 86th St station on Broadway, served by the 1 train, and the 86th St station on Central Park West, served by the B and C trains. Our 96th Street clinic is steps from the 96th St station on Broadway, served by the 1, 2, and 3 trains, and the 96th St station on Central Park West, served by the B and C trains. Both locations are also accessible by multiple bus lines, making them easy to reach without a car.

Do you have evening or weekend appointments at your Upper West Side clinics?

Yes. We offer evening and weekend hours in order to make treatment accessible for our patients, no matter what their schedule. Appointment times can vary by location, so reach out and we’ll find a time that works.

How early should I arrive at my appointments?

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend getting plenty of rest the night before and staying well hydrated. Try to eat clean, nourishing foods in the day leading up to your appointment, and avoid alcohol, marijuana, and violent or intense media for 24 hours prior to treatment. Please do not eat for one hour before your session. On the day of your appointment, wear comfortable clothing so you can relax fully. Coming in with a positive, open mindset can also be helpful—many patients find that meditation, light journaling, or quiet reflection beforehand helps them feel centered and focused.
