FAQ’s

Can I switch between locations during treatment?

Yes. Many patients choose a “home” clinic but visit other locations when scheduling or commuting makes it more convenient. Our team coordinates your care to ensure your treatment plan remains consistent and seamless.

Do you treat patients who live in New Jersey but want to be seen in Midtown Manhattan?

Yes. Patients are welcome to receive treatment at whichever location works best for them. If Midtown Manhattan is the most convenient fit based on your commute or schedule, we're happy to coordinate your care there.  Many patients book sessions at different clinics based on their work and personal schedules. We’ll help you pick the location that makes follow-through simplest.

Is your Midtown Manhattan ketamine clinic transit-friendly?

Yes, our Midtown Manhattan clinic is easily accessible by public transit and multiple bus lines. Located at 6 East 39th Street, it’s within a short walk of Grand Central Terminal, served by the 4/5/6/7 and S trains, and Bryant Park (42nd St), served by the B/D/F/M trains.

Do you have evening or weekend appointments at your Midtown Manhattan clinic?

Yes. We offer evening and weekend appointments to make treatment accessible, regardless of your schedule. Availability may vary, so contact us and we’ll help you find a time that works.

How early should I arrive at my appointments?

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend getting plenty of rest the night before and staying well hydrated. Try to eat clean, nourishing foods in the day leading up to your appointment, and avoid alcohol, marijuana, and violent or intense media for 24 hours prior to treatment. Please do not eat for one hour before your session. On the day of your appointment, wear comfortable clothing so you can relax fully. Coming in with a positive, open mindset can also be helpful—many patients find that meditation, light journaling, or quiet reflection beforehand helps them feel centered and focused.
