At Keta Medical Center, we are dedicated to making ketamine therapy truly affordable. With insurance, most of our Spravato patients pay $0–$50 per office visit.
At Keta Medical Center, we strive to make ketamine therapy accessible and affordable. You’ll receive transparent pricing and insurance verification within one business day. We accept insurance for Spravato® (esketamine) and offer flexible payment options for IV ketamine infusions.
Spravato is covered by insurance and we accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicare. Your out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific plan but most Keta Medical patients pay only $0-$50 per visit for Spravato treatment. The induction phase includes eight sessions over four weeks, followed by optimization and maintenance sessions, and is covered by most insurance plans.
IV ketamine infusions are not covered by insurance and cost $500 per infusion. The induction period consists of six infusions over the course of three weeks, with booster sessions as needed after that.
The majority of Spravato-approved patients have little to no out-of-pocket costs thanks to insurance coverage combined with copay assistance programs. At Keta, we work with most commercial insurance plans, and handle all of the paperwork, approvals, and billing on your behalf.
Accepted insurances include:
Most plans from Aetna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and many more. Medicare accepted. We do not accept Medicaid.

Spravato patients often qualify for copay assistance through Janssen’s Observation Rebate Program (ORP) and Janssen Savings Assist. Our team will guide you through the eligibility and enrollment process.

Ketamine therapy should be accessible — and we make sure it is.
Spravato treatments typically cost $0–$50 per visit for insurance-approved patients. IV ketamine is a cash pay service, at $500 per infusion, with a recommended six-infusion induction series.
The number of sessions varies by treatment type. For IV ketamine, many patients begin with a six-session induction series, followed by personalized maintenance sessions as needed. For Spravato, the induction phase consists of eight sessions over the course of four weeks followed by a personalized optimization and maintenance phase.
Spravato is covered by insurance and we accept most commercial insurance and Medicare (we do not accept Medicaid). IV ketamine is rarely covered but may be partially reimbursable through a superbill.
Yes, most commercial plans cover Spravato. We handle approvals, benefit checks, and provide manufacturer savings program guidance.
Because IV ketamine is not FDA-approved for depression, insurers classify it as “off-label” and do not provide standard coverage.
For patients that opt to receive IV ketamine treatment, which is not covered by insurance and costs $500 per infusion, we work with CareCredit to provide flexible payment options. Our team reviews all financing options with you before treatment begins.
