What is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Working with a therapist, patients are guided to identify self-limiting beliefs, make positive changes, and achieve lasting emotional relief.

Research shows that intentional reflection with a trained therapist in the days and weeks following a ketamine treatment can help maximize benefits. Integration therapy sessions take place within 24-48 hours of the ketamine treatment to make the most of the neuroplastic window in order to ‘rewire the brain.’

Your Ketamine Journey, Accompanied by a Therapist

At Keta Medical Center, we use this cutting-edge treatment to help individuals explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe environment. Our experienced team is here to guide you through your journey. You can try KAP with your own mental health provider or work with Stacey Blume Frankel, LMSW, our in-house therapist.

Success Rates of 70%

70% of patients with treatment-resistant depression who were started on an oral antidepressant and intranasal esketamine improved, compared to just over half in the group that did not receive the medication.
