Paul Rosales is the Manager of Patient Experience & Engagement at Keta Medical Center. He oversees the patient experience across sites, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure care is seamless, supportive, and patient-centered from start to finish. He serves as a key point of contact for patients, guiding them through each stage of their treatment journey, from onboarding and preparation to ongoing care and follow-up.
Paul is dedicated to creating a welcoming and responsive environment where patients feel informed, supported, and heard. He addresses questions or concerns, connects patients to additional resources such as therapy or psychiatric services, and ensures continuity of care throughout treatment.
He holds a degree from Montclair State University and has a strong background in healthcare operations and patient engagement. Outside of work, he is passionate about mental health advocacy and community outreach, and is committed to expanding access to innovative, patient-centered care.
