Yonit Malina, L.C.S.W.

Biography

Yonit Malina is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience providing therapy across clinical, school-based, university, and private practice settings. She has held leadership roles in therapeutic programs and has extensive experience supervising clinical teams. Yonit currently serves as the Clinical Director of Psychotherapy at Keta Medical Center, where she oversees the therapy team and provides Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to patients. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges and heal from trauma. Yonit draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs. Yonit is creative in therapy and thinks ‘outside the box’ to assist patients in finding relief while communicating compassion for how hard life can be. Yonit’s personal investment in all of her patients is felt by them. Yonit’s clinical interests include mood disorders, learning disabilities, A.D.H.D, Autism Spectrum and other developmental disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, and family dynamics.
