Ron Alcantara, PMHNP-BC

Ron Alcantara is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with broad experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, including Morristown Medical Center, University Hospital in Newark, and SOHOMD. He brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Ron earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor’s from Rutgers. His clinical style blends psychopharmacology with supportive psychotherapy to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals. Ron is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative space for healing and personal growth.
