Ketamine Nasal Spray – Esketamine (Spravato) is covered by most insurance plans and Keta Medical Center accepts Medicare and most commercial health plans. (We do not accept Medicaid.)
Our administrative team would be happy to review your insurance information to see if you are covered. If you email a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and your date of birth to [email protected], we can check your insurance coverage.
In addition, Janssen, the manufacturer of Spravato, provides significant copay patient assistance that can cover out of pocket expenses including co-pay, co-insurance and deductible costs. We take care of all the paperwork.
Ketamine Infusions
Unlike the Spravato nasal spray, Ketamine Infusion therapy is not covered by insurance. For this reason, we are an out of network providers for I.V. Ketamine and payment is due at the time of your appointment. Treatment cost is $500/session with the recommendation for 6 sessions over 2-3 weeks. We offer booster infusions as well.
We know life is busy, so at Keta Medical Center, we offer evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule. Our friendly administrative staff is always available to answer your questions and address any concerns. Our goal is to support you as you embark on your mental health journey with ketamine therapy.
