Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist (LCSW/ LMSW /LMHC or equivalent) to join our growing Ketamine Clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide psychotherapy in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The ideal candidate will have background and experience addressing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. The ideal candidate would provide general therapy to patients with the possibility in the future to be able to provide to a subset of patients Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) therapy as well.
 
Position Overview:
As a Therapist at our Ketamine Clinic, you will primarily provide general therapy to clients in our practice, but may also be involved in KAP therapy as well. You will work collaboratively with our other practitioners and the larger mental health community to support the growth of our clinic through networking, patient education, and community outreach. The position offers a guaranteed fixed weekly compensation and opportunities for additional session-based pay as patient volume grows.
 
Compensation:
  • $110 per hour fixed rate. Per diem position.
  • We are open to providing training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) if the candidate shows interest and aptitude for this treatment method.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to clients undergoing Ketamine treatment.
  • Educate clients on the biological benefits of Ketamine and its therapeutic applications.
  • Prepare treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans tailored to client needs.
  • Collect patient data through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify causes of problems and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Submit client documentation on our mental health record platform within 24 hours of providing services.
  • Collaborate with practitioners and community partners to support professional growth and promote clinic development.
  • Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent license in a directly related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital EHR platforms and documentation best practices.
  • Ability to be credentialed on insurance panels.
  • Experience working with a variety of clinical cases, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to patients’ rights and confidentiality.
  • Ability to apply evidence-based counseling methods and techniques.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with a strengths based perspective of CBT, IFS, and psychoanalysis to address issues related to Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD.
  • A holistic approach to mental health care, including openness to non-traditional practices such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Personable, sharp, and friendly demeanor with a commitment to client care and professional development.

As a key member of our front-office and administrative team, you will play an essential role in ensuring patients have a seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our clinics running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, outreach, and relationship building. You’ll support and coordinate efforts that help us grow our presence through provider partnerships, community events, email campaigns, and strategic outreach. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and operations to develop and execute campaigns that connect patients, providers, and partners to our mission.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Help Foster outreach to referring providers and community partners
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including patient physician outreach and education, brand awareness, and referral growth
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and in-person initiatives
  • Help maintain marketing platforms, including contact updates, email campaign support, and tracking outreach
  • Track partnership activity and help identify new partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, business development, outreach, or partnerships
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, education, or startup environments is a strong plus
  • Experience as an outreach coordinator, marketing assistant, program coordinator, or admin in a client-facing or growth-oriented role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is a bonus
  • Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, or cosmetic/aesthetic healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills; experience in customer service or sales is a plus
