Position: Patient Experience Liaison
Keta Medical Center is hiring a full-time Patient Experience Liaison to join our growing team. This on-site position plays a vital role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their treatment journey. The role includes regular travel to our clinic locations and combines patient communication with administrative coordination.
  
Location: (On Site) Manhattan, Brooklyn Heights, New Rochelle, Oradell (NJ)
Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for new and existing patients, answering questions and providing clear, empathetic information about treatment and scheduling
  • Greeting patients at their first visit and offering in-person support across clinic sites

Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Ketamine Clinic

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oradell, NJ ketamine clinic. We are looking for nurses to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Shifts typically range from 6 to 10 hours. The ideal candidate will have ER experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, IV administration, and ensuring patient safety throughout treatment sessions.

 
Location: Oradell, NJ
Compensation: $65/hr (Weekdays) | $80/hr (Weekends)
 

Requirements:

  • Active NJ RN license

Keta Medical Center is currently seeking a per diem (contractor) emergency room physician with at least five years of post-residency experience to join our Ketamine infusion clinic. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a supportive and pleasant environment.

Position: Senior Practice Manager

KETA Medical Center leads New York and New Jersey in providing safe and effective ketamine treatments to adults who are struggling with mood disorders. At our five offices located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester and New Jersey, we offer intravenous ketamine and Spravato, an FDA-approved ketamine nasal spray.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the effective and efficient functioning of all KETA Medical offices while maintaining a pleasant and supportive environment for our patients and staff. As a member of the KETA leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our administrative staff and ensuring all operations run smoothly on a day to day basis. These responsibilities include overseeing and managing the medical and administrative staff schedule, overseeing various office processes, onboarding new clinicians and new staff members, overseeing the practice’s EMR and other software and systems, handling facilities, vendors and other matters, and other administrative tasks as required. 
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate both the ability and desire to take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our busy and rapidly growing practice, while leading a team and directly fulfilling a wide range of administrative tasks.
 
Location: On site, rotating among our offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, New Rochelle, and Oradell.
Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 base salary, bonus eligible. Health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions are also offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations for all KETA offices, including staff management; facility and vendor management; and clinician, staff and patient scheduling.
  • Ensure clean/positive/organized work environments every day in all offices
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, including coaching others for performance, to ensure smooth processes and an exceptional patient experience
  • Partner with KETA leadership to create, implement and improve operational initiatives and processes while ensuring that they are followed by all staff members
  • Respond to and troubleshoot any day-to-day operational issues or patient concerns that arise, escalating to clinical and operational leadership colleagues as appropriate.
  • Support patient engagement and retention activities on an ongoing basis, including assisting with special events and openings
  • Onboard and train new clinicians and support staff members as needed
  • Manage and coordinate new office set-ups, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of senior management/director or equivalent level administrative experience, with a preference for experience leading and supervising staff and day-to-day operations in a medical office setting for a large multi-office practice. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including experience managing teams of administrative professionals in complex, fast moving environments.
  • Strong ability to learn new systems, processes and subject matter quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • High level of proficiency with related technology, software systems and processes, including medical records systems, and the ability to learn and train others on new systems as needed
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data to monitor progress and implement improvements

About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, outreach, and relationship building. You’ll support and coordinate efforts that help us grow our presence through provider partnerships, community events, email campaigns, and strategic outreach. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and operations to develop and execute campaigns that connect patients, providers, and partners to our mission.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Help Foster outreach to referring providers and community partners
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including patient physician outreach and education, brand awareness, and referral growth
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and in-person initiatives
  • Help maintain marketing platforms, including contact updates, email campaign support, and tracking outreach
  • Track partnership activity and help identify new partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is a bonus
