We are seeking a skilled and reliable Medical Office Assistant to manage essential front-office functions in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.
 
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Per Diem Float Medical Office Assistant to support essential front-office functions across our five locations: Brooklyn Heights, Midtown, Upper West Side, New Rochelle, and Oradell, NJ.
As a float per diem employee, you may be assigned to work at any of our offices based on operational needs. We make every effort to schedule you at the locations closest to you, and transportation expenses are reimbursed for travel to particularly distant offices. Our clinics are open 7 days a week, 9 AM – 9 PM, and shifts will vary based on coverage needs.
 
In this role, you’ll oversee patient check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage incoming calls, track billing and payments, and maintain medical records. You’ll also handle inquiries from prospective patients, ensuring timely and compassionate follow-up. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working closely with a dedicated team.

Part-Time Medical Office Assistant – Evenings & Weekends

Keta Medical Center LLC is seeking a Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistant to join our Ketamine clinic in Oradell, NJ.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • (~25 hours per week)

Location: This position is on-site at our Oradell, NJ office.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients with a professional, welcoming demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer phones and respond to ongoing prospective patient inquiries
  • Assist with tracking billing, payments, and medical records

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oradell, NJ ketamine clinic. We are looking for nurses to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Shifts typically range from 6 to 10 hours. The ideal candidate will have ER experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, IV administration, and ensuring patient safety throughout treatment sessions.

As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Assistant – Partnerships & Outreach to join our team and support marketing, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
 
About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, outreach, and relationship building. You’ll support and coordinate efforts that help us grow our presence through provider partnerships, community events, email campaigns, and strategic outreach. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and operations to develop and execute campaigns that connect patients, providers, and partners to our mission.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Help Foster outreach to referring providers and community partners
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including patient physician outreach and education, brand awareness, and referral growth
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and in-person initiatives
  • Help maintain marketing platforms, including contact updates, email campaign support, and tracking outreach
  • Track partnership activity and help identify new partnership opportunities
  • Support the execution of strategic campaigns and marketing projects across multiple locations 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, business development, outreach, or partnerships
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, education, or startup environments is a strong plus
  • Experience as an outreach coordinator, marketing assistant, program coordinator, or admin in a client-facing or growth-oriented role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is a bonus
  • Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, or cosmetic/aesthetic healthcare setting preferred
