Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting marketing campaigns, content, and operational marketing needs. This role works closely with leadership, operations, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented accurately, on time, and in alignment with Keta’s brand and growth goals.
This is a hybrid role requiring some in-office presence, with flexibility for remote work.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across digital, email, social media, and print channels

Position Overview:

The Marketing and Outreach Specialist is a field-based role responsible for building and maintaining scalable referral and partnership channels that drive sustained patient growth.
This role goes beyond traditional provider outreach. The ideal candidate will build and manage strategic partnerships with employers, unions, healthcare organizations, and professional referral sources, serving as a trusted representative of Keta Medical Center in various external, client-facing settings. 
You will work closely with the marketing team to design and execute partnership initiatives that directly support increased referrals, expansion of the practice, and payer mix optimization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand referral pipelines with: Healthcare professionals including PCPs, psychiatrists, therapists, and other specialists
  • Employers and organizations serving municipal workers, educators, healthcare employees, finance, tech
  • Develop and manage long-term partnerships that generate repeat, trackable patient volume
  • Conduct regular in-person outreach visits and meetings throughout assigned territories
  • Represent Keta Medical Center at professional meetings, conferences, and community events
  • Support provider outreach and education initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Coordinate with marketing team to ensure outreach efforts align with brand standards and operational priorities

We are seeking a Part-Time Controller (15-20 hours per week) to support our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accrual-based financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal management reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial reports for audits and liaise with external auditors to resolve findings and inquiries.
  • Report on significant variances in financial reporting along with explanation.
  • Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to enhance financial performance and cost efficiency.

Keta Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Manhattan team. Our clinic operates 7 days a week, and we’re looking for nurses who can commit to 4–5 shifts or more per month. Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours.
This role is ideal for RNs with a background in emergency care, strong IV skills, and a calm, reassuring presence. You’ll play a key role in administering ketamine treatments, monitoring patients throughout their sessions, and supporting their journey toward improved mental health.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV ketamine treatments
  • Monitor patients for safety and comfort during sessions
